The salad is healthy and the dressing is tasty.
Ingredients: Salad
- 1 bag broccoli slaw (about a pound)
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch green onions - chopped
- 1 red pepper - chopped
- 2 packages ramen noodles - Oriental Flavor-uncooked-crushed
- 1 c. toasted almonds (optional)
Dressing
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 1 Oriental flavor packet from the ramen noodles
Heat slightly to dissolve sugar. Cool.
Toss the salad right before it is served so the noodels don't get soggy.
